The radio was cutting out and we couldn't figure out what the problem was so because it was still under warranty they just replaced it and now it's working fantastically. It took about a week and a half before they got the new unit in but all along the way Bryan made sure to email me with updates letting me know that they were still on it. Then it came in and within two hours they had it swapped out. Now everything works perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the level of service. More

Inawan Soegono greeted me, he was very friendly, he went through the service I needed. I told him that when I bought crosstrek back in April that they still owed me a full tank of gas ( it was late at night when we bought the crosstrek and there was no service people available at the time to fill it up. They told me to bring it back anytime) Inawan said no problem now thats real good service 7 months later. I was in and out in 1.5 hour This is the frist Subaru I have owned I love it More

My last experience changed my mind I have not been a big fan of this service department, each time I've been given a different person (they seem to have a large change of staff), which I have not been a big fan of this service department, each time I've been given a different person (they seem to have a large change of staff), which makes it hard to build a customer/service relationship, and each time I've left feeling that all of my concerns were not taken care of and that not everything was repaired, mostly regarding the tech on the vehicle Irawan Soegono took care of me this time. I felt he listened and addressed all of my concerns and problems. I especially liked that he phoned me during the day to keep me informed of the progress, communication is the key. Hopefully, he will be with the company for a while and I can have a point person to call when my vehicle needs care. More
