Several mistakes made on my service. I scheduled an online appointment, made trip to dealership, and they were not prepared for my service. Rescheduled a mobile service appointment, and they brought the wrong part despite my submitting very clear pictures. Then they had to increase my price quoted because they had sourced the wrong part. This all just added to delays and frustration so I am choosing to take my vehicle elsewhere. UPDATE: I was eventually contacted by Assistant Service Manager Ralph Tucci. He asked for another chance to handle the service of my vehicle. While I would prefer my service done right the first time, I was grateful for Ralph’s follow up, and I have to stay he was successful at making things right. Because of his efforts, my trust in good service at Stivers was restored. More
It was very hard to communicate with them. I had to call every time I wanted an update and would constantly get told I’d hear back soon. They were not very helpful and seemed unorganized. The tech that came out was excellent. The only negative review I can give is two things. The other one is my review camera continues to freeze up and I backed into a pole because of this causing damage to my truck. The technician did tell that it has a recall on the rear camera, however, when he attempted to update the fixed it was not available by Ford. I think Ford should do the small repair because the camera malfunction. More
