Horrible, the worst customer service ever. Just got warranty at the end of July at this same company it now end of August and I am being told the warranty was not processed. An agent told me he sees warranty at the end of July at this same company it now end of August and I am being told the warranty was not processed. An agent told me he sees that I have the warranty but he cannot pull it up, I should go over to another agent. The next agent said he cannot see the warranty. My car was not serviced that day I was told they would check the warranty out the next day and someone will call me 5 dys later I am still waiting fo that call. The worst part is the agent who sold me the warranty came over to the service dept and told them yes I do have the warranty because he sold it to me. Still to take my car for servicing. More

So unprofessional, no one wanted to help me when it was time to pick up my car they lied to me about waiting for me to come get my car .... after i picked It up and paid.
