Customer service was friendly but I waited nearly 3 hours for an oil change. Also employees weren’t wearing masks despite being indoors and having doors closed (no ventilation) for an oil change. Fast And Efficient Took care of my vehicle fast and efficiently with courtesy and respect in the service department. Back in March Mr.Fabian Song, the salesman in the s Took care of my vehicle fast and efficiently with courtesy and respect in the service department. Back in March Mr.Fabian Song, the salesman in the sales department lied to my mother and I face when we brought the Jeep by telling us that she didn't qualify for the 2016 Fiat when we were coming in to purchase the Fiat after he said she had qualified for it over the phone, which was a cheaper price than the 2016 Jeep Compass. I took a picture of the Fiat with the price tag on it. So instead of telling us that he sold the Fiat before we got there, he rather lies to us and says that she didn't qualify for the cheaper vehicle but she qualifies for a more expensive vehicle. All of this wasn't realized until after we purchased the Jeep. My mother and I have been loyal customers to your company years and this how we get treated. I will not be recommending anyone to your sales department to purchase a vehicle after the unethical practices your salesman put on us. But I give 5 stars for the service department and 1 star for the sales department. More
