Second visit since I bought my truck , I had to pay 145.00 for check engine light! When I brought the car on a rainy day with my three kids there was a scratch on the front bumper empty gas tank they d 145.00 for check engine light! Slow service. A lot of customers were frustrated when I was there due to long waits. I was first on line for service. Was there at 5:40am to ensurey time of service repairs be held at a minimum. Car was received at 7:40 and was over an hour later to work because my vehicle wasn't ready. I was told 3x that the guy was finishing up in a mtter of minutes. But that turned into almost another 3 hours. And the only service that was being done was a battery change and a motor for the rear windshield wiper. More
Not happy that I had a 10am appointment for a routine checkup/oil-change and they did a tire rotation without verbally telling me and putting on the work order that I requested it. I didn’t!
