I had to look out of town to find a replacement for my car that was totaled in a wreck (not my fault). I called the dealership on a Friday night to ask about a Scion xB for sale and spoke with Steve Willi car that was totaled in a wreck (not my fault). I called the dealership on a Friday night to ask about a Scion xB for sale and spoke with Steve Williams. He was very friendly and helpful. He was able to bring the price down so that it closely matched my insurance settlement. I drove over from Kansas City on Saturday and ended up purchasing the car. The process was smooth and very quick, no heavy sales pressure whatsoever from Steve and finishing the transaction with the business manager Craig Smith was fast and again no pressure to purchase the available warranty options. I can't say that I would drive 3.5 hours to purchase my next car but the buying experience was good. Thanks! More

We purchased a wonderful brand new Tucson and finalized the transaction on Friday, January 4, 2013 at St Charles Hyundai. I must stay that Mr. Anthony Harris was a delight to work with. He provided customer service that went above and beyond expectation. His upbeat demeanor made the cut and dry paper aspect of the transaction a real delight. He was engaging with an appropriate sense of humor but provided all the pertinant information needed for the completion of our interactions. Mr. Adams, on the other seemed a bit out of sorts and was easily aggrivated and made us feel as though we were wasting his time. I felt very uncomfortable with his aspect of the transaction as he was kinda a hard core sales man and seemed very upset that we were reviewing our options carefully. None the less Anthony Harris outstanding costumer service made up for the everything and we are quite delighted with our purchase. We are now up to our 5th Hyundai in our family. He quickly and correctly sized up my needs and preferences and helped me find a Hyundai El Charles Hyundai. Nathan Nazari was friendly and helpful. Aaron Covert was also very helpful, reasonable and friendly when negotiating the final price and closing the deal. Craig Smith took care of the paperwork and cleared up all my related questions. I had my vehicle towed to the dealership as my heat had stop working in my car. My car was also leaking coolant. I was first told that it was my water pump. Then I was told that it had messed up my radi stop working in my car. My car was also leaking coolant. I was first told that it was my water pump. Then I was told that it had messed up my radiator as well. Shortly afterward I was told that two head gaskets had been blown. I was advised that this would be well over 3,000 to 4,000 and because my car was an 04 it would not be wise to put money in a car that was this old. I was also advised that since my car was needing so much work if I traded my car it would be savage. I was advised that my car would not be resold as this dealership would not put the man power and hours in a vehicle that needed so much work. Prior to this event I had been to the dealership 3-4 weeks early for service. I have only had my car service at St. Charles Automotive. I believe they have taken advantage of me and I am outrage. My car never ran hot neither was the gage at any different tempature. They gave me a very low trade in as in their words my care was needing to much repair and would be savage. I was a very loyal customer and only had taken my car to this dealership for service. I would have never rhode my car to the point were it would have gotten this bad. I had to purchase a new car. I feel like I was mislead in-order to make this sale. I will never ever reccomend this dealership going forward. I have also submitted a complaint to their customer connect service for review. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. More
