Our car buying experience at St Charles Hyundai was easy and no pressure. Lynn Woodard greeted us at the door (walk-in, no appointment). Unfortunately we couldn’t test drive it that evening because it needed to be charged (Kona EV) but Lynn explained the features available and we decided to return the next day for a test drive. Once we determined the car was what we wanted the buying process went smoothly. Lynn & Aaron Litton in finance made sure we understood everything and were very pleasant & efficient throughout the process. We received follow up emails and phone calls to make sure we were satisfied & encouraged us to call if we encounter any questions or issues. So far all is good! More
