Overall great experience buying my new Elentra! After car shopping for a few days and almost closing the deal at a different Hyundai dealership I was aggrivated with the way the salesman started to After car shopping for a few days and almost closing the deal at a different Hyundai dealership I was aggrivated with the way the salesman started to talk to me and how he decided to negotiate price. I wasn't at the price I initially said I wanted to be at, and I wasn't going to sign off on it just because it was easy. So, I drove out to St. Charles Hyundai the next day and began looking around to see if they had the exact Elentra I wanted. I was greeted very nicely by Steve Williams, who sat and listened to my situation a bit before immediately trying to talk over me or sell me a car right then and there. I told him I wasn't going to be buying the car that day but that I just wanted to make sure I knew exactly what I wanted and I wanted to know that when I was ready, I could buy it there. I found the car I wanted and fell in love, so they allowed me to put a "hold" on the car for a certain amount of time with a small deposit. When I was able to purchase it, I gave them a call and went in to pick it up. I sat with Steve for a while to finish going over some of the final details, additional features, options, etc., and everything went smoothly. I then was introduced to the financial manager, Jason Freed who finished all the fun stuff off with me in terms of finances. Usually this is the worst part about buying a car, they try to sell you all the extra stuff that you really don't think you'll ever need but they tell you that you do, or up your interest rate, increase your loan time, etc,. Jason did none of these things, in fact, just like Steve they went out of their way to save me money. They understood I was a recent college graduate who was paying for the car completely on my own and I didn't have room to budge on the monthly price. Steve found every possible rebate I qualified for and applied it for me. I couldn't be happier with my new 2017 Elentra Limited and I couldn't be happier that I decided to give St Charles Hyundai a try. Thanks again guys! More

Great Service/Price Walked in, met with Barry and he showed me around the car lot. Found the car I was looking for. Took me on a test drive right away.
