I felt like the process was pretty fluid and the time it took seemed good. All of my questions were answered and they kept things simple. Even worked until close to 11 pm and helped me move all of my stuff including car seats to my new vehicle. They didn't have to do that but I was really glad they did since it was dark and I was alone and had multiple trips to make from a distance behind the gate to where the new vehicle was parked. Very good experience. Will recommend and will return in the future. I also appreciate that they didn't try to convince me on more expensive options or try to add a lot on. I felt like I was in control of all decisions yet they informed me of the options. I like that, and that's why you got a sale out of me. More
