At Sport Durst the online staff was personable and made us feel that the experience of actually going to the dealership would be a positive experience. When we showed up at the dealership, Abdul, our sales associate, made us feel comfortable from the start. The test drive, and the purchasing process were all without pressure. He was personable and very knowledgeable about the Mazda we were interested in buying, and he satisfactorily addressed all or our concerns. Imran, in finance, was easy to deal with and engaging. We felt comfortable through that entire process. Tenika, in delivery, was great, showing us everything we needed to know about our new CX-5 which was something we had never experienced at any dealership before. We drove away in our new Mazda happy and relieved that our experience was stress free. We would certainly buy another vehicle at Sport Durst and definitely recommend Abdul! More

We were directed to the dealership by two other couples who have purchased tw Two weeks ago, my wife Kathy and I bought a Mazda CX5 from Sport Durst. We were directed to the dealership by two other couples who have purchased two Hyundai's and a Mazda CX5, all from Sport Durst. The best advertisement is word of mouth and what they told us of total service, price, and no pressure proved to be the case. The salesman, Mike Webhi, who was recommended to us was superb in his showing us CX5's on the lot. We would also recommend Mr. Webhi. When we said what we wanted and the color, he and the dealership made certain that the exact model, color and accessories would be brought in within two days, and it was. Upon delivery we were brought to finance where there was no pressure to buy extended warranties, which of course were presented. When we declined, there was no pressure or statements of negativity about the product breaking down. When the car was brought out, a young technician named Jordan, walked us through the technology of the vehicle. For anyone wishing to buy or see the Mazda's, Sport Durst is a one stop shop. Unethical and incompetent I had the worst car buying experience of my life. Period. My wife and I visited the dealership the weekend of 22 March 2014 because my wife was real I had the worst car buying experience of my life. Period. My wife and I visited the dealership the weekend of 22 March 2014 because my wife was really interested in the CX-5. We went to Sport Durst because I had purchased 4 other vehicles there over the last 20 years or so and wanted to continue my loyalty... Hieu was keen to take us on a test drive which went fine... Hieu alluded to being able to make us a very good deal and to "not worry about what the sticker says, I can do much better than that". We were joined in Hieu's office by Nate who explained how Mazda doesn't do monthly sales incentives for its sales-people, they are quarterly. So, if we wanted an especially good deal we were so there at the right time and buying before the end of the month would be greatly to our advantage. They made it sound like they would all but give the car away. We completed our evaluations and decided to buy the CX-5 so I got in touch with Hieu on 28 March and set up a time to come in and buy the car. I arrived at the dealership and he doesn't even have the car I want... says he sold it a couple days earlier but, surely I would want one of these others... they are white after all... They did a search and found one of my specification locally (I knew they could, I already knew there was one like we wanted over in the Cary store, but again, I was trying to show dealership loyalty). The first deal they brought me was beyond insulting - full price for the Mazda and 7K for my car (which I knew to be of much higher value). What kind of DEAL is that? I seriously regret not leaving at that time... I did get them to offer a somewhat more reasonable amount for the Civic, but still sticker price on the CX5. I signed the papers and left because my wife wanted the car and I was tired of dealing with it quite frankly. I was also tired of sitting by myself in that stupid little cubicle (listening to other potential clients complain) wile your sales staff ran around in the shadows thinking of new ways to shaft me... Since then I have learned that my insurance company was never notified (good thing I had a different reason to get in touch with them) and I still have not received the new registration so I am beginning to believe they did not process my new title application either. The only thing that I have any evidence that they DID do was set up the financing (not surprised since that's how you get YOUR money). I am tremendously disappointed in my experience. I will never buy another car from this dealership and I will go out of my way to share my experience with other people. I felt like I was lied to and misled... I judge your dealership's behavior to be both unethical and incompetent and believe me, I don't set the bar too high for a car dealer... I do want to thank you for the personal lesson - I have learned a lot. I will never ever take this kind of treatment again. So, I count it as a sad and expensive personal lesson... More

This place is a joke I went twice! The first time I didnt have enough down the second trip they brought me one option to test drive. I was lied to and toldcars on the site I went twice! I was so pleased with my visit, that I will definitely recommend this dealership to others. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this company in the last five years. From the first phone call to the final meeting with Aubrey, who patiently explained to me everything I needed to know about my 'new' car, Sport Durst was professional and customer focused. We went there with the intention of looking at a model to see if it was something to consider, and ended up purchasing the same model, but much newer, because the price was the same as the older models we had researched earlier at other dealerships. Robert Bradsher, our distinguished salesman, was wonderfully understated and not at all pushy. He seemed like an old friend and had our best interests in mind throughout the experience. We never felt pushed by him or the finance manager to buy anything we didn't want or need. Aubrey was so personable and instructive in helping me understand my new car--we never felt pushed or rushed. Everyone pleasantly and carefully took the necessary time to do everything right. The folks working at Durst are down to earth, yet professional. They seemto be a big, comfortable family. More
