Louis made me feel like I was his only customer - even on my second visit when he was assisting other people - and Dennis went out of his way to handle a difficult title situation for me and customer service is the true priority of this dealership. Imran kept me smiling me through signing the title papers (and handing over a lot of money!) and I ended my sales experience on a high note with Tami walking me through my new cars features. Louis even humored me with a picture! One thing I noticed about this dealership that was lacking in the other's I visited was that each person spoke highly of his other team members. For example, after I got comfortable with Louis, he "sold up" the next person but saying something about how long they had worked there and he/she was excellent at what she did. This transferred that comfort that I had with Louis directly on to the next person in line. You won't go wrong purchasing a car from Sport Durst ....and Louis! More

He was very pleasant and took the time to show us a variety of vehicles. I appreciated that we did not feel rushed. We spent almost two hours with him and was still undivided. He suggested that we get something to eat, talk it over and then give him a call if we made a decision. Unbinosed to him we decided to go to the Honda dealership and test drive a CRV. The sales person was not as pleasant and we were turned off. We decided to return to Sport Durst and test drive the Mazda CX5 and 9.This time we took up a lot of Rodney's time. His job was to make a sale but he was more concerned about me making the best choice of the two vehicles. I really appreciated his honesty and his patience. Because of our experience with Rodney, my husband also bought a vehicle within that week. Mesha Hawkins worked quickly to get our paper work complete, Nathan worked with us to get us the prize we wanted, and Tenika did a great job with delivery.
