He answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) and even took time to make my girls (age 7 & 10) feel less bored with the experience. It is regrettable and all too familiar story these days that the public seem to receive poor levels of customer care and service when dealing with the people within companies and follow up and follow through; but I am happy to note that YOU and the Sport Durst family has dealt with my complaint quickly and efficiently and did exactly as you promised all the while you educated me on the new referral process and stayed on the line with me to confirm I received the information you sent to me. We have been a part of the Sport Durst family since 2011 and will continue to look to you to meet all of our transportation needs. We know many people who work in many different industries and as we have done before we have recommended Sport Durst to other collegues and friends. Fast, Dependable Service I had my 1996 Mazda Miata MX 5 break down. A piece broke off and went into the engine. I took it to be repaired to a chain store repair shop. It took I had my 1996 Mazda Miata MX 5 break down. A piece broke off and went into the engine. I took it to be repaired to a chain store repair shop. It took several days for me to get a response. I rented a car for a week. I had called another dealership and filled out a credit application and received no response. I went into Sport Durst Mazda a week after my car had broken down. I was met by Mike W. He asked what my needs were and immediately set to work. I like to drive a standard transmission. I actually had "no credit" history listed due to paying all cash for things. I needed to reestablish a good credit rating as I once had. Young L. set off to work on the banks. He was rejected at first, but somehow knew I was not a risk. He called the banks first thing Monday morning. I received a fair trade value for my car, a Mazda first time buyer's bonus and put down just under $1000. Young was able to coax the lenders into assisting me with a loan. It is a bit high, but I can rebuild my credit and refinance within 6 months. Scott H. was very nice in explaining the paperwork to me. He actually was able to get my monthly payment reduced by $25. I told him this would go towards the rise in insurance for the new car. My final step was with Tami N. She was very helpful in going over the details of my new Mazda 2. She handed me a huge owner's manual and the Cliff's Notes equivalent to it. I received some very beautiful key chains and a pen. Both Tami and Mike made sure my car was detailed to perfection and full of gas. Tami made sure that I had the spare key as well. It was worth the wait! I met Mike on Sunday around 3 PM. I had my new Mazda in my possession by Monday at 12:30 PM. Wow! I have already received follow up calls from both Mike and Tami. I work crazy long hours, so I have not had a chance to tell them how fun my new Mazda is to drive. I miss my Miata, but I will be back in a year or two to see Mike and the team again! Dennis Koballa set the price. This is the 7th, I believe, car that I have purchased from this dealership even with all the name changes. More
