I have tried a few times in the past with car lots and the sales pitch was always the same, So naturally when I went into Sport Durst I was a little uneasy, feeling as though I would get suckered into something I wasnt able to afford.......BUT when Jon walked around the corner and introduced his goofy self (haha) some of those feelings went away..and when the first car he suggested to us was way LESS than the amount we had given him to work with, my scardee cat left the building!! I knew then that he was on our side and was actually listening to us and not thinking of the next 'around the mulberry bush" line he planned to use as with past experiences with other sales professionals. I can honestly say Jon and the gang at Sport Durst have made this one of the easiest things I have ever done in my life and I am very thankful for that. I am in love with the car that we selected, the laid back atmosphere really calmed my butterflies and I would/do recommend Jon Fleming/Sport Durst to any new car buyer in a heart beat! More

My old Mazda was on its last legs, so I went to Sport Durst Mazda (among a few other dealers and brands) to try out the Mazda 3 five door hatchback. I had a great experience working with Joe McKenna right from the start and throughout the entire process. Joe listened to what I wanted and helped me find the right model to test drive. This was important since I wanted a manual transmission, and most of the dealers I visited were perplexed by this. I was impressed by the low pressure sales style, Joe let the Mazda do its own sales pitch. He even made it very easy for me to borrow the car for an overnight test drive, and came in on his day off to finish the sale when I decided to buy. John Fletcher was great when it was time to finalize the sale and get my new car. He took just about the right amount of time to show me some of the features I was unfamiliar with (e.g. bluetooth phone connection, which I've never had before). Overall it was a great experience. I had a very good experience buying my new Mazda3 from the folks at Sport Durst. I was already settled on what car I wanted when I came in, so all I needed from Louis was to go to work for me trying to ge the folks at Sport Durst. Louis did an excellent job working out a deal that worked for me. David Dowdy did an excellent and quick job of going over the financial side of things, helping me to know what I might need and keeping it all clear. Jordan did a very good job showing me the details of the car and helping me to set up my shiny new car to be "my" new car. Everyone attempted to make the experience short, I value that because I don't like sitting in a place waiting for something to happen. They all tried to make the deal easier and fast. My daughter bought a S that because I don't like sitting in a place waiting for something to happen. They all tried to make the deal easier and fast. I went to Sport Durst after seeing one of their infamous TV infomercials on a Saturday morning. He made sure that I was comfortable and answered all of my questions as this was my first time buying a vehicle. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past, and they were all very friendly in the beginning until they pulled my credit history, then they handed me right out the door. Not here, they made sure that I got the best deal possible and walked me through step by step with the financing. I am extremely satisfied with my new vehicle, and will definitely be buying my next car from here. More

I didn't have the best credit, but he assured me that he would do his best to not only get me into a new car, but he would try to get my payments at a reasonable rate. He did that!!!! I have been very pleased with this dealership. In my opinion Customer Service is...is the ability of an organization to satisfy its customers. Customer satisfaction is the measure of how satisfied the customers are. This term refers strictly to those who purchase a good or service. Well from Mike Webi, Brandy Ranes, Mesha Hawkins and Elizabeth Patterson. They have gone above and beyond. I am still getting calls to see how I am enjoyiong my Mazda and if there is anything I need feel free to call. My first oil change was even scheduled. If I had to complain about anything it would probably be XM Radio, the kit is not out for 2013, so that is one thing that customers need to know upfront about 2013 Mazda 3. Other than that..."Thumbs Up" and continue to do what you all are doing. More
I was interested in a new Mazda with some specific option packages and colors. We did most of our negotiating via email and phone and came to a fair price. She then put me in touch with Joe McKenna to put down a "hold" payment and to obtain a final estimate. My car was still in transit from Japan, but Joe did a great job in contacting me every few days to give me a status update. All in all, it was one of the better car-buying experiences that I have experienced. More
