Mike was great and patient in working our deal to make sure we got the Best deal. Meisha was very thourough and professional in her part as well. She explained everything in great detail despite working a little late as we were one of the last deals that day to get done. Big xxxxxxto Sport Durst for providing us excellent customer service with each person that worked with us. For once it was actually a pleasure to by a car at a dealership. My wife is enjoying her 2012 Mazda Miata MX-5, so much so she hardly lets me get to drive it..:) More

Mr. Rufus Green, the person who told me about Sport Durst Car Company was also patience and very knowledgeable with information concerning the vehicle of my choice. I also had an opportunity to work with Gary Patterson who again showed me extreme patience and helpful information regarding my car of choice to purchase. I found the Sport Durst family very professional, warm, friendly, extremely helpful, and accommodating to help me feel that I have made the correct choice in my vehicle purchase. I will tell everyone I see about my wonderful experience with the Sports Durst Car Dealership company. I went to Sport Durst after finding out online they had 8 of the used car model we wanted. My husband and I went around 6 on a Wednesday night and sat down with Ricky. We looked at the cars, test drove one, of the used car model we wanted. My husband and I went around 6 on a Wednesday night and sat down with Ricky. We looked at the cars, test drove one, and then found they were about $2000 over our price range. We negotiated and Ricky was a great advocate for us, going back and forth to the sales manager trying to get us a price that we were more comfortable with. We had done a ton of research about what to use in negotiating and what a reasonable price for this vehicle was. We did put up a good fight trying to get as close to our budget as possible and Ricky was very genuine, kind, and honest with us the whole time! When we settled on a tentative price, Ricky let us take the car overnight and get it checked by our mechanic and the couple things the mechanic recommended (balancing the wheels and a software update) the dealership took care of it. We settled on a price that was a bit more than we had wanted to pay but a low KBB price for this car for a dealer. We also financed through them as they were able to offer a better APR than the credit union. We traded in our old car and basically got our new used one for the listed price- they essentially waved all the administrative/tax/doc fees. For the ease of this experience I felt it was totally worth it! One of the sales guys who was brand new sat with us at the end to try to push the sale through since we stood firm and said we were not willing to go higher on the final price. He was a bit too pushy and came across as rude (at this point I was already planning to buy the car, just wanted to think about it a little more and be sure they couldn't go any lower). He was only 3 days at this dealer so I gave him a break. He made me want to walk away and look elsewhere but I knew I wanted this car. Much to say, I was glad when I gave him the yes and Ricky returned! The rest of the process was a breeze. Ricky made sure everything was taken care of and told me if there were any problems or if I noticed anything else needed to be done service wise, to bring it back and they'll do it when I return in a couple days to sign over the trade in's title and get the new one detailed. This was my first dealership experience and after all the horrible things I've read about dealers trying to scam you, I was really impressed! The finance guy was nice as well as quick (a good thing) and slightly pushy with the add ons (not so good thing). The girl who showed me around my car, Aubrey, was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. Ricky clearly works for the customers, he and Aubrey both get an A++ on customer service! They made this experience worthwhile and will be the reason I refer others here! More

I traded my 2010 Mazda5 for a 2014 Mazda5. The whole process starting with the appraisal to the paperwork to setting up the payments to the delivery of my new Mazda5 took less than 2 hours. Charles Pettiford, David Dowdy, and Aubrey Herrera were more than "Great" in my opinion. They were outstanding! They not only helped me buy my new car, they helped me keep my word to my wife. More
Let me say first that this was our second car purchased with Sport Durst in the last year. We purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Sonata last April for my wife. We dealt with Lamont then to as well. This time I was in the market for a pre-owned car for myself. Again I dealt with Lamont. We had both our kids with us and did this on a Sunday with in 3 hours. Our credit is not great, but that was not a concern for Lamont or any of the others! I traded in my Expedition and was very pleased with what they offered me! Mesha was a joy to work with doing all our paper work and dealing with our two kids! Michael did the best job ever for the delivery process, he explained everything there was to explain about the car! We left putting no money down, a service contract, a 2012 Mazda 6, and the payment we wanted! We have had the same great experiences with the service dept. My family will be customers for life at Sport Durst! I feel like I need to run and tell everyone I see that this is the only place to buy a vehicle!
