One screw up after another, and another... and another Originally went in to lease a Mazda CX-5, but after dealing with Mike Wehbi (who didn't even know the difference between the trim levels - I had to te Originally went in to lease a Mazda CX-5, but after dealing with Mike Wehbi (who didn't even know the difference between the trim levels - I had to tell him) we went with a Honda. Mike never even made a follow up call or showed any interest in our business, so he lost it. Then we went in to look at a Mazda 3 and dealt with Rusty Lazotte, who was good enough to us and gave us a good enough offer that we decided to lease the car. The experience went downhill from there very fast. Rusty no longer works there so nobody knew what to do. The "new" car had a chip in the hood and a scratch on the windshield that they would apparently take care of. Took the car in to have it fixed on Monday and was given a loaner car that had such a strong smell of cigarettes that I had to get a second. The chip in the hood was "fixed" by the body shop, who then didn't know what to do with the car so they gave it to service - who also didn't know what to do with it and gave it back the next day. For the record, if you call and are told "Let me look into that, I will call you back", you won't hear back from anyone. This happened at least 8 times that week alone. Come Friday, they finally figured out to get a third party company to come in and only then did they order a new windshield. The following Wednesday that arrived and was installed, only to find that the repair job on the hood had somehow been undone by the cold (50-60 F) weather. So that had to be repaired again. In short, half of the first month leasing the car, we didn't even have it. One bad experience would be understandable, but this was two weeks of repeated experiences that warranted this review. More
