Very Good car buying experience This dealership was a pleasant surprise. I had had no dealings with Sports Durst before and went there to look at Mazda SUV's. Mr Willie Wear met us This dealership was a pleasant surprise. I had had no dealings with Sports Durst before and went there to look at Mazda SUV's. Mr Willie Wear met us outside the building and quickly welcomed us to the dealership. He helped determine what vehicles we were interested in and arrange for a test drive. The drive was very thorough and Willie showed us through the ropes. We were still undecided and Mr. Wear was very patient while we browsed through several different models. We took several hours and he was available whenever we needed moe information. Once we finally made a decision he was able to pull all the details together. Mr. Wear's service was outstanding! Sport Durst is a full service dealership and we met with Customer Service and Finance. We took so long that the Service manager had left before we finished but I returned later and had a good discussion with him as well. Minor issues: Initially the "quick start guide" was missing from the manuals - this was promptly corrected when I brought it to Mr. Ware's attention. I later found two small screw holes punched in the "nose" of the body where apparently a license plate had been previously attached. More

Sport Durst Millennium Mazda Service Center I have finally scheduled service on 10/30/2015 3 pm to take care recall safety issue per manufacturer notice sent out. Upon reaching the service cente I have finally scheduled service on 10/30/2015 3 pm to take care recall safety issue per manufacturer notice sent out. Upon reaching the service center the service technician indicated that they do not have part and asked me come later once I receive an updated recall notice from the manufacturer. Before scheduling called every week and requested to reschedule thrice and every time when I called the purpose of the visit is to take care recall safety issue for Mazda 6 2005 and they confirmed that we will take care no problem and no one indicated that the part is not available. Prior to this service I visited in April 2015 for routine maintenance and requested to take care the recall safety issue and the service specialist said as the part was not available and asked me to come later. All the time I am asked to come later as part was not available. I want to let you know all that before scheduling the service, please make sure your request will be taken care when you arrive rather disappointed and wasting your time. More
Nearly Destroyed my car with Routing Oil Change I came to this dealership to have routing oil change and wheel alignment. I drove about 100 miles and decided to pull over. Noticed oil splash everywh I came to this dealership to have routing oil change and wheel alignment. I drove about 100 miles and decided to pull over. Noticed oil splash everywhere on the side of the car and plume of smoke came out from under the hood when I opened it. Oil everywhere, technician "forgot" to put the oil cap back on and as well as the cap for power steering. Used my AAA Plus to tow it back. Nickle and dimed me over the tow mileage overage; at first, did not want to be responsible. They also told me that they fired the mechanic that serviced my vehicle. I said that's comforting to know after the fact! No status until I actually went to the dealer and the first guy was very rude. Then they told me the car's fine since there was about quart of oil when I stopped the car. "Lucky for them" -- they are rude, careless, and should not be in car business, period. I have informed Mazda USA about this dealership. More

I came to sport durst to see if I could trade in my vehicle and finally get out of my previous bank who wasn't reporting my payments to all branches o I came to sport durst to see if I could trade in my vehicle and finally get out of my previous bank who wasn't reporting my payments to all branches of credit, therefore hurting my credit. So when I came to Sport Durst I was very warmly greeted, as were my parents, by Hieu Nguyen. At first he seemed very friendly, but he also knew his way in sales, he was very worldly, and fought hard to get me the very best deal I could. After a couple hours, after choosing, test driving, and finally filling out paper work, he had me leaving behind the wheel of a brand new 2015 Mazda 3, for a 3 year lease. I am very pleased with Hieu and I would recommend him to any one I know in the market for a vehicle. More
