Charles even sat in my car with me to be sure I understood all the functions and said I should come and see him if I have any questions. He is a lovely man. Ron and Rob were super-helpful -- and not pushy ever, at all. More

Nicest man I have ever met and never stopped working for me. He will go overboard to get you the deal you want AND deserve! This is my 5th Mazda and I've only been to the service department for oil changes and that's it! And then when it is time to sign the "paperwork," never fear Imran will be there. He will look over all the paperwork and make sure everything has been done IN YOUR FAVOR. I never felt more taken care of in what is sometimes a not so pleasant experience--Charles and Imran made it very positive! More

I just went home , prayed, and hoped for the best. Enter Mesha Hawkins, Finance Manager and the magic began! She told me should would do her very best to get me financed, and true to her word....she did just that! Even when I let her know the monthly payments would be too much for me, she worked on my particular situation to get them reduced. I hope I never have to purchase an automobile anyplace else! Everyone I encounter there from sales to service is Paramount! I'm more than happy with my Mazda, and the referral fee is grand too! More

More could be said but unnecessary management takes care of any issue when necessary that's a plus More

As a veteran, I used my USAA benefits to get in touch with a dealer for a great deal and they sent me to this stealership. After a test drive and some email communication they claimed that they would beat the best price that I received by $500. I showed up today with my other price and the manager hemmed and hawed about fine print etc. When he would not beat my other quote, I produced an email from Sport Durst with a lower offer than what he was offering me. At first he mumbled something about how that was not an authorized price. He then said that I had to use their financing and that there was an additional $950 "accessory" package that was mandatory and that it was in the fine print. I asked him to show me this fine print in the email and he could not find it. I was ready to walk out and he finally said that he would honor the price that they quoted me via email. Really? Is it now optional to honor your written contract? But, they said I had to use the Mazda financing but they would keep the incentives. Their financing was three points higher than USAA and the pricing they used put their price over $3k over their closest competitor if I did not use their financing. When I told them, in no uncertain terms, that would not work for me and is not in line with their low price "guarantee" as it is actually $3,200 over the next lowest out-the-door price, they brought out a finance guy to do some creative accounting and show how if the numbers are shifted around and you squint just so, it is not that much more expensive. At this point, my wife and I are incredulous. We both have multiple master's degrees (mine are in business) and we cannot believe that a major Mazda dealer is trying to pull an old-fashioned bait-and-switch. I think because we are Hispanic and young they felt that this would work on us. Sorry, my wife graduated Summa xxx laude from Columbia University and we are not falling for that. The sales manager was then very rude and essentially showed us the door. The sales man on the other hand was polite and the issue here was management not the sales personnel. We expected to drive home in our new vehicle as we had showed up with a pre-negotiated price that management refused to honor once we were there. In summary, this is a terrible dealership that should not be in partnership with USAA as they obviously do not honor their own word, much less our veterans. Their predatory sales style attempts to prey on minorities and people of color that they assume are ignorant of simple math. Not only did they lose my business, but I will never service my vehicle there nor will I purchase my KTM, that I had planned for this spring, from their sister power sports dealership. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. More
