I took my car to get serviced 3 weeks ago, August 30th, for a check engine light that was on and to get 50K maintenance. I dropped my car off at my appointment which was at 8am. I didn’t receive a call unt for a check engine light that was on and to get 50K maintenance. I dropped my car off at my appointment which was at 8am. I didn’t receive a call until closing time just for my advisor, Tim to call and tell me they didn’t get to look at my car. Tim said I could pick it up because it was a holiday weekend and wasn’t going to be worked on for four days. Tim also said they didn’t have the piece I needed to fix the check engine light and had to order it and would give me a call when it came in. He never called, never reached out about the part or anything, and it has been 3 weeks since my original appointment which was on August 30th. This is the second advisor I worked with that has failed to do their job. This place is super unprofessional and I also feel like they are racist and inconsiderate. More
