I don’t know if this is for the service I just got or my lease buyout. But let’s start with the lease buyout. I showed up 30 minutes before close. They didn’t care. Everyone took great care of me, got me ou lease buyout. But let’s start with the lease buyout. I showed up 30 minutes before close. They didn’t care. Everyone took great care of me, got me out as quickly as possible with best rate and payment possible and I can’t thank them enough. As for the service I can’t lie, I was a little nervous at first when Tim told me they would have to keep my car overnight and my appointment was just for routine maintenance. However they took great care of me, got me situated with a rental, and me totally dialed in and ready roll. Pun intended. Anyways they’re great! All around they are great!! More

I was almost charged for and error the tire repair man made on my car. His name is Matt and I was not at all okay with his work on my car. I went in for an oil change and was asked if I would like a patch made on my car. His name is Matt and I was not at all okay with his work on my car. I went in for an oil change and was asked if I would like a patch put on one of my tires because I had mentioned that it had a small leak. I agreed to it and paid $25 for it. Before I left the parking lot my tire air pressure light came on the dash board. I left the parking lot not thinking much of it and brought it back 7 - 10 minutes later with a different tire completely flat and that was the tire I was almost charged for because the tire repair man Matt, claimed he had nothing to do with it and that he had checked all my tires before I had left. Adam from customer service helped me out with the problem with understanding and patients and repaired the tire for me for free. I told Adam that he did not have to do that for me, that the one that did the poor job on my car should have corrected the problem made. Adam insisted on correcting the problem for me anyway. I gave the store a one star because I believe Matt might be a trouble maker their in your store and that he should be spoken to and watched after mistreating me there as a customer. More

So, Matt worked it out that was able to leave not with my Passat but a 2024 Tiguan and a peace of mind! No pressure sales, they listened to why I kept the vehicle so long and delivered my blessings that I wanted for the past 2 years! Thank you Southern VW for listening and delivering my blessings! More
