I picked up my car after it was repaired, paid $1500 just for it to break down in the middle of an intersection. After picking it up for the second time, i got a call saying i could get a new car. Cedric and for it to break down in the middle of an intersection. After picking it up for the second time, i got a call saying i could get a new car. Cedric and his person that was shadowing was nice, but I did not feel prioritized at all. Granted, it was a busy day for them. However, making me wait for 4 hours is unacceptable. On top of that, i didn’t feel like people were explaining enough about anything to me. And to make things worse for my experience, the manager, TJ Tabb, had no idea what he was saying to me. He didn’t understand my situation at all, but was making assumptions about me and i left the dealership with complete dissatisfaction. Would NOT recommend coming to this dealership! More

It's my 3rd visit to the Service department with my 2020Passat that had low mlg when I purchased it from CarMax, 19,000 miles on it! I absolutely love the car!! We have an ELECTRICAL issue that's made 2020Passat that had low mlg when I purchased it from CarMax, 19,000 miles on it! I absolutely love the car!! We have an ELECTRICAL issue that's made me a bit stressed however thanks to the Service department agent, Wes it's been GREAT! It's evident that he is experienced with VW and has been a great pleasure to work with through the trouble shooting process. I also appreciate the support from VW to stand behind the integrity of their VW Passat. It's a sweet car! More
