During Thanksgiving break, my 2019 Volkswagen Atlas had a water pump failure, leaving me in an emergency situation. I initially contacted several local repair centers, including the Virginia Beach VW deale a water pump failure, leaving me in an emergency situation. Repeated follow-ups with the Virginia Beach VW center yielded the same response: "You can come by on December 11." Fortunately, Southern Volkswagen allowed me to drop off my car on the morning of November 30. They immediately began working on it, even though they couldn’t guarantee same-day completion. While I waited at a nearby fast-food restaurant, I received a call from Southern Volkswagen letting me know my car would be ready by 5:00 p.m., well before their 6:00 p.m. closing time. Not only did they fix my car on the same day, but their exceptional customer service also stood out. I will definitely choose Southern Volkswagen over the Virginia Beach VW dealership in the future.
