Wes did an excellent job explaining the maintenance needed for my Tiguan. He kept me updated on progress. It felt like white glove service throughout the whole process. I will definitely come back with needed for my Tiguan. He kept me updated on progress. It felt like white glove service throughout the whole process. I will definitely come back with service for my other car, an Atlas. Will also recommend to my sister who also has a Tiguan. More

Wes Tolson has always been very professional, and this review is not a reflection of his service. However, for the past few months, I’ve been dealing with a recurring issue where the check engine light ke review is not a reflection of his service. However, for the past few months, I’ve been dealing with a recurring issue where the check engine light keeps coming on. Each time I bring my car in, it gets serviced, but shortly after, the light comes back on. Last week, I brought my car in again because of the check engine light, and I was told that the brake vacuum pump needed to be replaced. I paid over $550, but just a couple of days later, the light is on again. I’m starting to feel that the root issue may not have been correctly identified, and there could be some guesswork involved. I’m now concerned that the vacuum pump might not have been the problem after all. I’m hoping we can figure this out without me having to pay for something that may not be necessary. We were considering purchasing another VW in the future, but these problems are starting to make us second guess that. More
