The only complaint I have about this dealership’s Service Department, and the only reason it is not a five star review, is it’s automated system on which you are expected to speak with an AI-created “person” Department, and the only reason it is not a five star review, is it’s automated system on which you are expected to speak with an AI-created “person” - no human contact. I have attempted to use the system four times, I believe, to make SERVICE appointments. All four times the “person“ responding to me, indicated that the request and information would be forwarded to the appropriate “team.“ I have.NEVER received a call from a “ team” member to follow up on my original message. As always, the communication was terrible. I was never told I would have to pay for the service since this was caused by the dealership the month before. Also when I was finally able to pick u I was never told I would have to pay for the service since this was caused by the dealership the month before. Also when I was finally able to pick up my car it was covered by tree flowers which have caused issues with the paint. I have referred three friends to this dealership and I will never refer anyone again. I am in the customer service industry and would be embarrassed if my employees acted in this manner. Appointments are not honored and the communication from the dealership is terrible. When a client has an appointment, and the service center can't diagnose the vehicle that day, they should at least give t the dealership is terrible. When a client has an appointment, and the service center can't diagnose the vehicle that day, they should at least give the client a courtesy call. Instead, I had to call them all of the following day via phone and text and barely heard back from them at end of business day. My car still was not looked at until the following day. More transparency would've gone a long way in keeping my business. I ultimately decided to decline all services and have since then taken my vehicle to somewhere I trust completely. More
Volkswagen has a recall on exploding airbags. The dealerships are supposed to provide a loaner car while waiting for the part to come in, they have no idea when the parts will be available. They don't have one available. The company (not the dealership) says they have to do this. We have little options, drive a car and hope the airbag doesn't explode into our heads. Southern Volkswagen could do better but they won't. I hope you don't have this experience. More
