I purchased a 2024 Mazda CX5 from Southern Palms Mazda on December 27, 2025. At the time of purchase the finance representative sold me a service contract and a tire protection warranty. On December 30, 2025 December 27, 2025. At the time of purchase the finance representative sold me a service contract and a tire protection warranty. On December 30, 2025, I retuned to the dealership and canceled both warranties. The paper I signed acknowledging the cancellation stated I would receive the refund as a credit to my auto loan. As of today, April 15, 2026, I have not received the refund. I have spoke to the manager multiple times in person and by phone and email throughout January and March and have been repeatedly assured me that I would receive the refund as it would be “unlawful” for the dealership not to do so. Both warranties were canceled and I made no claims against either warranty. The last time I spoke with the dealership was April 7 when I was told the check would be cut a.s.a.p. And I would get a call when it was sent out. No call or check as of today. Fifteen weeks and counting. Buyer beware. More

Unfortunately, her dealership didn’t happen to have the vehicle for which I was looking. That being said, they had a very wide selection. And, the next time I’m looking for a lMazda I will turn to her first. It’s hard to find dealer representatives who follow through and answer messages in a timely fashion Liana extremely helpful to me I particularly appreciate all of her follow through. If you are looking for a Mazda, tell Liana Your needs and she will work her hardest to meet them! More
BEWARE - Bait and switch/fraud. I went to this dealership with a screenshot of the advertised price from THEIR OWN website of a pre-owned CX-5 that I was interested in. After I arri I went to this dealership with a screenshot of the advertised price from THEIR OWN website of a pre-owned CX-5 that I was interested in. After I arrived I was presented with an offer containing a $2,985 charge for ceramic coating (which I didn't want or ask for) and a charge for refurbishing the car (around $1,985). They tacked on approx. $5,000 to the price advertised on their own website! As expected, red flags went up immediately and honestly, I was shocked that they would try to add in such ridiculous fees. When questioning the salesman, he told me "every dealer puts a low price on the website to get people in the door, it's not just us". I said I would pay the ADVERTISED PRICE as stated on their website and not a penny more. After a few more wasted minutes of trying to get me to pay a "refurbishing" fee, I walked out only to receive several texts and phone calls from various "managers" saying that they would honor the "advertised price". I was truly stunned that a dealer would advertise a car and a clearly stated price and then try to add slightly more than $5,000 in money making fees. I refuse to do business with a dealer like this. I will gladly take my money elsewhere and try to let as many people as possible know what they are facing before they waste their time. Warning to potential customers - PLEASE read each line item in your offer, they will tack on fees for things you don't want/understand or ask for. Luckily, I am very well informed and didn't fall for it, but sadly, many probably do. That's why they continue to treat people (in my case it was most likely because I am a woman) with disrespect and what I would consider classic bait and switch. I encourage others to post your bait and switch experiences with this dealer, as I can't be the only one. More
