It is a pleasure to write and praise Liana from Southern Palms Mazda I had a number of questions that require extra effort to get the answers. She delivered and all the information I needed and very promptly. She also thoroughly explain to me why do you factors that go into vehicle pricing and also how to be a savvy car shopper. Unfortunately, her dealership didn’t happen to have the vehicle for which I was looking. That being said, they had a very wide selection. And, the next time I’m looking for a lMazda I will turn to her first. It’s hard to find dealer representatives who follow through and answer messages in a timely fashion Liana extremely helpful to me I particularly appreciate all of her follow through.
