When we arrived he greeted us and immediately took us to our new car. It was ready to go. We went for a test drive to be sure that was what we wanted. Roy walked us thru each step of the process and checked in on us to make sure we were not waiting unnecessarily. Roy did something no other sales person has ever done for us, he sat there and went thru all the owners manual and pertinent details of the car. He knew his stuff! The whole experience from the moment we walked in was very courteous, informational and professional. The whole staff was in sync (no pun intended)and they all made us feel very welcome.
