Go over the final finance The reason I gave 3 stars was, because before the paperwork I was never told how much I would be paying every month. When the paperwork did come the price was wrong, but I didn't say anything, because I assumed there was tax. Learned later on it was a mistake, but since I signed electronically they couldn't fix the mistake. Instead I got a check to be used to pay the difference every month. In and out in less than an hour I went in for a minor recall, just an electronic/operating system upgrade. They also noticed a brake light that was out that I had forgotten about. Great car I'd done my homework before coming in to purchase a new car and trade in my Chrysler and knew what kind of Kia I wanted to purchase. Leigh-Anne and Da I'd done my homework before coming in to purchase a new car and trade in my Chrysler and knew what kind of Kia I wanted to purchase. Leigh-Anne and Dave were very accommodating and showed me what I wanted. Test drive went great, as did the paperwork. What I didn't appreciate, however, is the fact that the car they offered me to purchase apparently was not "sale/customer ready." I had to sit in the dealership an extra two hours waiting for the service department to make it ready for me. It rather soured what had been a great day. If I may request, please make sure all cars you sell are READY TO BE DRIVEN OFF THE LOT. Thanks, Fran More
