Great car I'd done my homework before coming in to purchase a new car and trade in my Chrysler and knew what kind of Kia I wanted to purchase. Leigh-Anne and Dave were very accommodating and showed me what I wanted. Test drive went great, as did the paperwork. What I didn't appreciate, however, is the fact that the car they offered me to purchase apparently was not "sale/customer ready." I had to sit in the dealership an extra two hours waiting for the service department to make it ready for me. It rather soured what had been a great day. If I may request, please make sure all cars you sell are READY TO BE DRIVEN OFF THE LOT. Thanks, Fran More

Inspection I got my car inspected and needed a new front headblub light. I was quoted around 200$ but they did not even look into if I had the warranty.
