Overcharged and lack of Communicarion My car was there well over a month while the engine rebuilt under warranty. As low pressure as buying a loaf of bread!! I went into this as a stereotypical car purchaser: guard up, ready to argue and waiting for the sales tactics to come my way. ALL of that went out the window 3 minutes after meeting Leigh-Anne Defilice. We told her what we wanted, we gave our budget (with some wiggle room of course) and Leigh-Anne delivered!! I felt like I was doing business with someone that I've known for 10 years! We were torn between two vehicles, so we didn't buy on our first trip. Leigh-Anne stayed in contact with me over the next 24 hours ironing out some details that eventually brought us back to South Hills Kia to purchase a Sorento. Alex was very thorough with the warranty options, patient with all of the paperwork and answering my questions, and made certain that I left there a happy customer. My wife and I love the Sorento beyond words, but we also made friends during the process. Because of the NO pressure, the expertise, the professionalism and the personal care we were shown, we WILL be back to South Hills Kia! More
