He was very helpful, honest, respectful and persistent (but not overly pushy) during the entire purchase process. After the purchase, he introduced us to a BMW "genius", called Kevin, who was very knowledgeable about all the fancy, high-tech features of the car. Kevin helped us to understand how to best enjoy the car. Both Al and Kevin provided us an excellent experience with South Bay BMW (which we dealt with a few years ago without being impressed).
