Street Nalley ROCKS!!! I ran into a few issues during the sales process. The general manager Mr. Nalley addressed and corrected all of the issues. He does not tolerate his employes being rude, misleading, o sales process. The general manager Mr. Nalley addressed and corrected all of the issues. He does not tolerate his employes being rude, misleading, or using false sales tactics. I was extremely upset after being given the run around. I wondered into this gentlemen office not realizing he was the owner(Street Nalley). I explained to him what transpired. He asked that I give him 5 minutes to address the issues, and he was going to make everything right. He did exactly what he said he would do. He made me feel that my concerns mattered. He said he wanted to earn my business not just for today, but if his customer is happy they will come back to do business, and will recommend others to his business. He made me feel that he appreciated my business. Sometimes we judge businesses by an individuals) without reporting their behavior. The problem cannot be fixed if it not addressed. If you have a problem with an employee at Sons Acura in Morrow, please ask to speak with Mr. Street Nalley he is the owner and will definitely fix the problem. I know this to be true because he did it for me and my husband. He even closed our deal! "WE LOVE "STREET NALLEY!" I will be returning to purchase my new 2014 ACURA RL hopefully next year!!! I've made two purchases from Son's Acura and each experience has been outstanding. Interaction with the sales staff (Cordell), Sales Management (Quentin),and Finance Manager (Andre) was a smooth proc experience has been outstanding. Interaction with the sales staff (Cordell), Sales Management (Quentin),and Finance Manager (Andre) was a smooth process from sales negotiation through financing the vehicle at a reasonable rate. Service department attended to a minor adjustment and vehicle is now in top condition. Great value, great experience, great staff all around. Best dealership I've had the pleasure of doing business with, bar none. More
This is my second car buying experience at Sons Acura. Paul did an great job. He was courteous and very customer service oriented. He was able to get me exactly what I was looking for in a new auto. When I met with Quentin to close the deal, he went out of his way to get me to the price I was comfortable with along with the financing and term that fit my wallet. It was then off to see Andre to square away the finances and sign the papers. This was definitely a streamlined process and Andre was great. When I returned home, I found that I was able to get a better financing deal with the bank that I do regular business with. When I called Paul, he said that Andre would cancel my loan with the bank the dealership got me, and allow me to use my financing. I will be retuning in the morning to drop off the paperwork and will follow up on my review once that process is complete. That is truly going the extra mile for customer satisfaction! Overall, this was a great experience. More

They had a particular vehicle I wanted and I finally scheduled a time to meet with them, I called the day before to see if it was still there around closing time and they said that it was still availabl scheduled a time to meet with them, I called the day before to see if it was still there around closing time and they said that it was still available. Once I arrived, noone knew where the vehicle was or if it had been sold. I drove 45 minutes out of the way to a car that was made up to get me to come to their store. If they will do this to a veteran, no telling what they will do to others. VERY POOR SERVICE!!! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN Then once you post to this website they have someone call you to "resolve" the issue and tell you that the vehicle went to an auction, and lie to your face stating that he heard someone say that the car was not at the location. Just to be honest, I wouldn't have drove that far to a place that did not have the vehicle. What kind of sense does that make? More
