I had looked up all the info I could on the 2010 Aura TL, went to my local dealer and could not get any satisfaction, so I looked up some dealers on the internet. When I got with Mr. Smith I told him what I went to my local dealer and could not get any satisfaction, so I looked up some dealers on the internet. When I got with Mr. Smith I told him what I wanted and what I would pay and he worked with me and gave me the exact deal I wanted , had the car delived the next day and has followed up on helping me learn the new equipment this car has. I got the color, price and exceptional service from Mr. Smith. I am a happy buyer, this was a rare experience for me, and I would highly recomend Sons Aura for buying your next car. The car is awsome also. More
After spending weeks putting up with shady, and dishonest dealerships I finally ran across Sons Acura. From the minute I walked in the door "Ashtin" was polite, and took care of each one of my (many) questio dealerships I finally ran across Sons Acura. From the minute I walked in the door "Ashtin" was polite, and took care of each one of my (many) questions and concerns without being condescending or disrespectful. If anything I'm sure I tested his patience to no end, but he was a great sport about it and never lost his cool always referring to my wife and I as "Mr....." and Mrs...." was not necessary but certainly appreciated. I think If more people carried themselves like "Ashtin" we'd all live in a much better place.... Or at least we'd have a little more class. -Thank you once again Ashtin More

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for my service to be done at 11:00a.m. Arrived at SONS at 10:45 a.m. for 52,500 mi. service which is basically just an oil change and a tire rotation. Also requested that the parking brake be adjusted as it was not holding the weight of the car sufficiently. I informed SONS I would wait inside with my wife and 8 month old daughter while work was being done. At 1:10 p.m., a full two hours and 10 minutes after the appt time, I went outside to find out what was going on. Robert informed me that they had just "brought it up". I assumed this meant the car was finished. He then called me over and explained that they had only adjusted the parking brake and hadn't even done the oil change or tire rotation. He defended the slow service by saying they were short staffed. I have no problems with that, but when a customer has an appointment, and you see that you're having trouble meeting schedule, it is YOUR responsibility to inform the customer of that. At no time did anyone ever come to me and explain that things were backed up, nor offer me a courtesy car, nor simply ask if I wanted to reschedule. I simply don't have the time to wait over two hours and not even get an oil change when I have arrived on time for an appointment. I spoke with the owner of the dealership and to his credit he was very apologetic and sincere. Although he may have been concerned, his employees made it clear on this occasion that they simply didn't care. While we were there, there were three other customers also voicing their complaints with each other, and one also speaking with the owner. We live 45 minutes away, and since I had such a good experience with my purchase here I wanted to have the same with the service department. The owner offered a free oil change and tire rotation for next time, but with other, closer options available, I will not be back for service. I simply don't have the time. More
Darell was great very knowledgeable and very prompt! Even though they weren't the cheapest they were the fastest and the nicest. My finance guy was nice to He always speaks when I come in for service. It took 3 days before I got real emails from everyone else. My wife Loves her Acura. I've had my car for 4 months I'm on my 2nd Oil Change and the Service is Great too! We are now looking for a MDX so I'm going back!! More
After visiting car dealers for a little over 2 months all around Atlanta, I was extremely skeptical of car dealers in general. One other dealer was about to sell me a certified MDX, when luckily my wife noticed that the PAINT DIDN'T MATCH on two of the doors!!! I didn't trust ANY dealer. I corresponded to Donna at Sons about a particular vehicle, and she claimed just like everyone else that I would have a good experience at their dealership. Donna's promise was different than the other dealers because it was the only one that was ACTUALLY TRUE. I can't say enough good things about my experience. When I called Al to tell him I was stopping by (just for a quick look), he gave me directions and asked what kind of car I was driving. I told him I wasn't far away, and when I pulled onto the lot he was outside the store waiting for me. He was well spoken, polite, knowledgable and most importantly completely respectful of me as a customer, and any questions or concerns I had. While looking at the car, I was very honest with what my best offer would be, with fear that it would be too low. I basically told him this so I could find out if it was even worth continuing to look at this car, or just move on to a lesser car. We traded prices ONCE..yes ONCE, while standing in the parking lot, and as it turned out that was the ONLY negotiating I had to endure. Sons was great with the price they gave me. From the moment I pulled in to the time I drove the car off the lot several days later, I never felt pressured with these people. It was fantastic. After discussing "what if" prices, SONS allowed me to drive the car overnight. Anything I needed or requested about the car (such as the SONS maintenance records on the car) were immediately produced...something I had struggled with at some of the dealerships I'd been to. I met Reggie (Manager) during my visits to the dealership, and I found him to be friendly, very helpful in getting anything I needed, and true to his word. I told him how nice it was to have such a different experience from the other dealerships and he thanked me and stated simply "We don't believe in pressuring anybody around here." I researched on my own and learned about the maintenance that was done on the vehicle by the previous owner, and in short, we got a GREAT GREAT MDX at a GREAT price and I am absolutely pleased with the whole deal. That is how you SHOULD feel when you buy a car. I was 99% complete with a transaction at a different dealer about a month before this, and I remember that sinking feeling of wondering whether I was getting taken. Fortunately for me, I broke the deal off and later found Sons Acura. I would absolutely buy another car from Sons. More

Besides a professional sales experience, Serge was also friendly and easy to get along with. While waiting for decisions from management and finance, Serge was able to keep the experience pleasurable by chatting and making himself available to us. I would recommend Serge as a salesman to anybody, but also as a key player in the development of technology within auto sales. He had a lot to say about the power of internet sales and how the internet affected the auto business in today's age. They pride themselves on using "no salespeople". However, I am not sure they have perfected this system. We dealt with a total of 9 people in this transaction. It was very confusing salespeople".
