I had just received the assessment on my current seven year old Mazda 3 for hail damage and on a whim decided to stop by the same dealership where I had made my purchase to 'look at' the larger CX5... but year old Mazda 3 for hail damage and on a whim decided to stop by the same dealership where I had made my purchase to 'look at' the larger CX5... but I never made it there! Not sure what made me stop at Sons Acura en route to the other dealership - but 4+ hours later I was driving out with a sleek 2013 ILX! Once I realized I did want a new vehicle, Erma Patterson and the used - then new car manager worked with me and my parameters. I did not feel pressured; the staff was very pleasant and Erma was exceptionally patient. This was a wonderful car-buying experience. I would recommend Sons for any used vehicle and/or new Acura purchase!! --- CB More
