Purchased S80 T6 in 2001 and recall the process was flawless. Sales person provided us with a detailed explanation of the car's features and how to use them. Service department always had the work comp flawless. Sales person provided us with a detailed explanation of the car's features and how to use them. Service department always had the work completed on time and presented us with a vehicle that was clean both exterior and interior. Fast forward 24 years: Smythe's philosophy towards customer service has remained impeccable and the friendly attitude is reminiscent of times gone by. That's a rare commodity in today's culture. More
