Loving our new Edge! We needed a new vehicle. We had some work done on a previous car at Smith's and the people at the dealership did excellent work and treated us well, We needed a new vehicle. We had some work done on a previous car at Smith's and the people at the dealership did excellent work and treated us well, so we wanted to give them our business when we bought a new car. We were not disappointed. Justin, our salesperson, on our initial visit, did not push and answered all our questions. When we came back, he remembered us and the car we wanted. He worked with us to get the car to a price that we could afford, but was still fair for them. He, and others in the financing department, stayed at least a half hour after closing to get all the paperwork done and to walk us through the features of the beautiful 2014 Ford Edge. We drove home that night with our new vehicle. The next day I had some questions, and Justin happily answered them all. There have been no surprises. A wonderful new car buying experience! Glad we came to Smith's and we're loving our new Edge! More
