Great Dealership and great staff I went to Ford dealership in Demotte, IN. Found a truck I really liked. Brought in my car to trade for the truck. They basically insulted me with the trade in offer so I left the that dealer and went directly to Smith Ford in Lowell. The sales person I worked with was Larry Wagner. He is by far the best sales person I have ever meet. He is very direct and is willing to go out of his way help. Smith Ford did not have a truck on the lot that I wanted so Larry tried to get the truck, the one I preferred, from the Demotte. In the end the dealer in Demotte would not let the truck go, so Larry found the exact same truck in Wisconsin and brought it down to Lowell for me to purchase. So I would recommend people to go to Smith Ford and would recommend people to see Larry Wagner More
