I found a car on autotrader that was at there dealership. My dad and I drove 2 hours to see the car. I baught a car from singh today. a 2007 impreza and I loved it. The price was dropped about 5 grand because I cant afford much more being a full time student/worker. After my Elantra met it's Maker (a good hit from an SUV), I found the best deal at Singh. I got the same (dependable, no issues) car, but a year newer and only 26,000 miles (over 70,000 miles less than my to I found the best deal at Singh. Carl was extremely knowledgable, helpful,& straight forward about the car, yet at no time made me feel pressured to make a decision. Since I was traveling from Philly, Carl held the car for me between my test drive, a few days of comparing other cars and my final decision. I heard a lot of things about Singh Auto World, good and bad. But from my experience there everything was good. The people were very friendly and everyone was very respectful. I coudn't believe how busy this place was. I looked at a few cars, then i looked at a few trucks because my wife wants all-wheel drive. The prices on the cars are very low. Im sure everycar was under-book value. Some cars had some scratches, and some cars had little dents, but overall, they seemed to be in good condition. I just want people out there to know that when they say they dont recommend this place i highly disagree with them. I had a great experience with Singh Auto World and i would recommend this place to all my family and friends. And joey was a great person to work with, he was a very funa and helpful guy to work with. I will be back at Singh Auto World to buy a vehicle for my wife, and possibly for my daughter next month when she gets her liscence. I came to Singh's looking for a Mazda 3 but when I got there the car I wanted to test drive had already been sold. Sunny sat down with me and said "write me your wish list and I will find you that car." S there the car I wanted to test drive had already been sold. Days later I'm looking at a beautiful car that handles like a dream, unfortunately it's not a stick shift and try as I might I just can't give that up. So we part ways and I head off down the road for dinner and another dealer. We are both a little dissapointed but there was no pressure on me to buy a car I didn't absolutley love. Almost as soon as I'm gone one of Sunny's co-workers mentions they'd just brought a manual Mazda 3 to the lot days before. I got Sunny's message as I was finishing dinner and I headed back over. He hands me the key and away I go. The car had great pick-up, low miles, beautiful handling, no engine noise, braked easily and clutched like a dream. When I asked how much they wanted for it, he replied with "How much do you want to pay for it?" When I stated a price, there was no counter offer or price negotiations, just a simple "Let me see if I can get you the car for that price." I am pleased to say that I am now the proud owner of that beautiful 2007 Mazda 3. Sunny was a pleasure to work with, we joked and had real conversations, not sales pitches, on the test drives. He builds a rapport with you, so that you want to buy a car from him. Then after the sale he follows up by calling to ask how the car is handling and if you still like it. After looking at and test driving a couple of cars over a two separate days, I decided to get a 2008 Suzuki Reno. I came with someone else each time I visited. TJ helped me the first day. Carl helped me after the second day, when I put a hold on my car. Can I just say Carl has amazing customer skills? He's super friendly, took care of everything I needed, and followed up every single step of the way. I never felt pressured, but always informed. Not only did they take care of a bunch of things before the sale, they're still taking care of me a few days later. In fact, Carl drove my car to the Suzuki dealership so they could check a warning light that came on and replace my radio that was still under warranty. TJ gave me a different car to drive until I was ready to come back. My boyfriend says one of the things he likes about Singh Auto is he was able to his car back several times to get different things fixed. Awesome!
