We had a great experience the day of the purchase. Everyone was friendly and really helpful. Joe helped us look at a lot of Honda Odyssey's on the lot and eventually we bought the first one we looked at. The price was incredible and they fixed up some minor issues with no complaint. Joe was very patient, informative and fun to work with. He helped to answer our questions and made sure everything was fixed on the car before we drove off the lot. He is also mailing us the second key and car mats that were at the other lot. We are still waiting on them but expect to receive them soon. The mechanics in the shop were also very friendly and willing to help out and make the van as good as possible before we left! STILL WAITING ON EXTRA KEY AND MATS! DON'T LEAVE THE LOT UNTIL THEY GIVE YOU EVERYTHING BECAUSE THEY WONT TALK TO YOU AFTER YOU LEAVE. 2&1/2 WEEKS AND STILL NO MATS, NO KEY AND NO ONE WILL SPEAK TO US!!!!! NOT HAPPY! More

Great buying experience. Carl is very knowledgeable and customer friendly. He spent as much time as we needed and answered all questions we had about the vehicle. We were apprehensive about buying a pre-ow customer friendly. He spent as much time as we needed and answered all questions we had about the vehicle. We were apprehensive about buying a pre-owned car as this was our first experience. He understood our apprehension and in the end suited us with a car that was safe and efficientv and satisfied our needs. Well done Carl! You are an asset to this company! More
We actually bought from the Bethlehem store. The buying experience was not bad at all - the overall experience still has to be assessed depending on how Singh's responds to the two problems that we discove experience was not bad at all - the overall experience still has to be assessed depending on how Singh's responds to the two problems that we discovered when we got home - no tire jack in car and rear tailgate shocks or "stays" are shot. The gate is dangerous as it is. I have asked Singhs in an e-mail to compensate us for the cost to replace / repair these two items. We will see how they respond. More

The price was better than any other dealer...They couldn't even compare...I was so happy with this car I decided to go back for a second..I bought a 2007 Ford Fusion...I drove the poor salesman Carl to insanity...Being my second and last car I wanted it to be exactly what I wanted..All of the employees were pleasant, helpful and full of personality...I would suggest this dealer to everyone...The place is very busy at times which is also a plus, have patience, it will be worth it...Thanks you Carl and Singh Auto now I can spend the summer with an open sunroof enjoying the air... I went to this dealership and my first impression was it's friendly. Our salesman was nice enough and I had come for two cars specifically. One of the cars wasn't there it was at another location and the it's friendly. Our salesman was nice enough and I had come for two cars specifically. One of the cars wasn't there it was at another location and they had to get it. After about 45 minutes(everyone was pleasant during our wait) the car arrived and I decided to get it. Our salesman even took $100 off the price because of the wait(which I'm told they never do). It was a Tuesday, I put down my deposit signed the paperwork and was going to pick up the car of Friday after they corrected a few issues. I called on Thursday to verify the issues were corrected and the car would be ready for pick up, I was told it was ready to go. I didn't take out a loan for the car but actually tapped one of my retirement accounts and got penalized in taxes for the early withdraw, even so it was still a better deal than a car loan. On Friday as I was leaving to go pick up the car I received a call from the "manager" stating my car was sold. I didn't understand how this had happened since I had put down a down payment, signed all of the paperwork and even put the car under my insurance already. The "manager" said it was a mistake it happens and the car isn't here anymore. He didn't apologize and quite frankly acted like I was annoying him even though he was the one that called me. At this point my salesperson got on the phone and told me how sorry he was and he would try to work something out to make it work. He told me to look at the website and find a car that I liked and he would work with me. After a couple of picks that he said they couldn't do or the car wasn't in good shape we came to an agreement. I went up $2000 and they came down $1100 for a deal. They were about to close, so we would settle up tomorrow. The next day guess what happened? Sold, he told me he didn't know at the time so he had to take the offer back. The next three cars I picked were sold as well. I found out the inital car was still up for sale the next week. Bottom line they wanted me to take a crap car at a discount not a halfway decent one. I was constantly lied to and lost money as well. I spoke with my lawyer who says I can put in a small claim for the tax penalty and possibly add for travel, addl cost(I bought a car at another dealership) because of the breach in contract. I'm not that type of person and unfortunately don't have the time to follow through with small claims court but be advised they are good at b.s.!! More

He kept telling me this is the best deal you will ever find. I was looking for an Honda Accord or that type of sedan and the salesman, Sunny, was pushing me into a Chevy Colbalt. He claimed the carfax was clean, but then when I asked for the report it had and accident. The funny part was they have about 10 more Colbalts, but I felt forced to for the ugly gold colored one. Not to mention, it did not even have power windows. My point is I went for a Accord and so why a Colbalt, there is no match or comparison. All those who go there please be aware, there main goal is to sell and make money, nothing else. It is like a circus there everyone is running around and they all look shady. Just because they have all these cars they think they are hot shots. I didnt get the right vibe when I was there. As for me I went to a local dealership, funny that it was also owned by a Singh, and the ladies there were more civil and I got into a car there. More
I purchased a car from them a month ago, their prices are so low a few banks would not finance me because the price was to cheap and the bank would not approve it unless they were going to make good intrest so low a few banks would not finance me because the price was to cheap and the bank would not approve it unless they were going to make good intrest in the long run. They were all sweet and helpful and everyone was putting effort into whatever they had to do which will always get this progess to speed up on buying my car faster which is only better that way. There motto is "COME SEE THE DIFFERENCE" and believe me you i seen the difference and i compared it to many others and the truth is SINGH IS KING OF CARS in my eyes, I am a bargin shopper and im impressed with their prices 100% I'll recommend my family and best friends to these guys any day of the week.
