Carl was very personable, with no pressure to buy. We were given many options within our budget. The stated price was a few hundred below book value (all other dealers we visited were a few hundred above were given many options within our budget. The car had certainly not been detailed, let alone given a good cleaning. The car had to be cleaned / vacuumed after the purchase by us. Also, another relative bought a car from a different dealer later that week and immediately received the title at the dealership. We are still waiting for the title on the car purchased from Singh. Finally, we were misled regarding the warranty. We were told the car had a 5 yr / 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and 10 yr / 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. However, after calling the 800 number, we found out that the 60,000 warranty was only for factory defects and that the powertrain warranty is only for the original owner. Note that this erroneous warranty information was also related to us at 3 other used car dealers, so it is not just a problem with Singh. Overall, we are happy with the car & with the experience with Carl, since the budgetary factors were the major selling point. More

I did a pre-approval for the autoloan through their autotrader website before going to the dealership. I live 75 miles away from this dealership in Philadelphia (Singh had the lowest pricing on my fav car in a 100 mile radius). When I arrived, another salesperson directed me to Sonu - who in an instant handed me the keys to my Infiniti which was parked right on the side of their office - it was cleaned, waxed & had 4 brand new tires put on! The 8 pictures of this infiniti on the autotrader website were beautiful - and when I arrived at the dealership, the infiniti looked like it just came out of the showroom brand new! I had checked the carfax and autocheck for this infiniti - both were stellar. Still I took this car to a nearby autoshop to get it inspected by a mechanic. The only fault he could find was a burned out license plate bulb - which he said would cost around $3 at pepboys. I returned to Singh auto world and told Sonu about the bulb. He quickly took the car to the service station in the back and got it replaced. Then I went in to sign the papers.. The only thing I didn't like was their recommendation of AUL for extended warranty on my Infiniti. I was skeptical as I never heard of the company before and said I would come back next week to get the extd warranty. Good thing, I went home and researched on AUL and found some bad reviews. I later called different Infiniti dealerships in PA and NJ and got a good deal from Ardmore Infiniti. I am extremely happy with my purchase! All of my friends think I bought this Infiniti G35 brand new! More

We had been looking for a car for over 2 months. When we pulled onto the lot at Singh the frist saleman that we seen said hello and how may I help you today. We parked, saleman Joey came and took a copy of our liscen so that we could test drive any car on the lot.That made us feel welcomed he did not follow us around but let us know that when we were ready just let him know what car we wanted to test drive and he would get the keys for us. We test drove 3 cars that day and never once did he seem to be eger to make a sale he left that up to us. He told us a little about himself and we told him what we were looking for. I would like to say thank you to Joey for his help that day and for not pressing us all the pressure come from us. After getting the run around at other dealers I saw Singhs car online and decided to out there to see what they had to offer. Carl was my salesman and he was simple to deal w/. As some don't have spares tires, manuals, cracked/nicked windshields and imperfections here and there. Overall the prices they are selling the cars at you can't complain. They still are a bit cheaper then most dealers, but most importantly they are COMPLETELY HASSLE FREE and no BS fees like most dealers!!! Which is hard to come by now a days. Thank you Singh Auto and Carl. Hopefully over time i will as pleased w/ the purchase as I am now and will certainly come back again. More

Sonu bent over backwards to correct the problem free of charge; however, I would highly recommend examining the car and checking it out thoroughly before hitting the road. Also, be prepared to give yourself a decent wait time on the day you decide to buy the car and pick it up. They do not seem to budge on the price much, but they sell it at a reasonable price that is rare to find at another dealership. I understand no dealership is perfect, which leaves me feeling like it was worth it to drive a few hours to get to this dealership. I looked at countless other dealerships which did not even have a car that I felt had potential. At Singh Auto World I felt I could walk away with nearly any car on the lot feeling satisfied. More
