Our experience with Singh Auto World was fairly good. We were very pleased with the price we got, which was not even comparable with any other used dealership around. We were very comfortable with our sale were very pleased with the price we got, which was not even comparable with any other used dealership around. We were very comfortable with our salesmen who were friendly and not pushy about making the sale. They were very accommodating by pulling a tire cover off another CR-V for us since ours did not have one. They were intentional about making sure our car was cleaned up before we came to pick it up. However, even though we called (9hrs.) ahead to inform them of our pick up time, the car interior was still be cleaned when we were ready to leave. Another thing that left a sour taste in our mouth was the fact that our salesman and his trainee were speaking in a different language to each other during our test drive. Both my husband and I thought this was very rude as we did not know what they were saying and we knew that both could speak English (quite well). We also did not realize until we got home that we purchased a car with a burned out headlight. It was an inconvenience, considering the fact that it should have been addressed before the purchase. Other than these 3 incidences, we were very pleased with the dealership and extremely pleased with our car. More
