No car-buying experience throughout my life has matched my experience at Singh. Though various people there attended to my needs, the "main man" was Sonu and he was great. I purchased a fully loaded 2007 Infiniti G35x at Singh's price, which was below wholesale. The price was so fair, I would have been embarrassed to try to get it lowered. My mechanic noted the front brake pads were pretty worn. Sonu simply had them replaced---no protest. The manuals were missing. No problem. They hunted around and found a set, assuring me that if no set was found they'd acquire a set for me. Singh applied absolutely no pressure at any point in our dealings. Initially, I wanted a light-colored interior and no car on the lot met my requirement. For three weeks, they tried without success to find an auction car that met my stated needs. At no time during that period did they try to convince me to change my mind and take one of the cars on their lot. Eventually, and of my own volition, I decided to accept a darker interior and the sale took place. If I were looking for a non-certified used car, I would buy only from Singh and I would do it with complete confidence. I was never tied to just one sales person. Each time I visited Singh, anyone I happened on seemed perfectly content to attend to my needs. Moreover, each seemed to remember what my interest was. I was spared having to explain what my situation was again and again. Though the staff is large, I'd advise shopping at Singh on a weekday rather than on Saturday. Word seems to have gotten around and Saturday shoppers are numerous. More

We came in just to check out a few cars and Carl was very helpful with his opinions on how different models stacked up against each other. We took a few test rides, and decided to go for it!
