Apparently service department ok for simple oil change just not anything complicated. Dealer claims to be waiting for someone at “Ford” with a 3 ring binder for a solution. They should delete “Customer” from the phrase customer service. More
Front End Alignment I brought my 2019 F350 King Rancher in for its first oil change that had just under 10,000 miles. Mark recommended to rotate the tires and I said ok. I brought my 2019 F350 King Rancher in for its first oil change that had just under 10,000 miles. Mark recommended to rotate the tires and I said ok. Later that day I pick up my truck and drove for a few minutes and noticed that the Alignment was off. I call Mark right away and told him. He said when rotating tires and the ware of then can cause the Alignment to be off. I ask if he had balance them and he said it wasn't necessary. I think he should have ask me if I wanted them balance because I always have my tires balance on every rotation. Furthermore he should have had the truck road tested to check the Alignment. This should be a standard procedure. So the way I see it this is a management problem and the manager is not doing his job. So I had to bring my truck in for the Alignment plus I ask mark to look at my instrument panel, have a problem with the trip and trailer gage on May 2nd and I had a 12:30 appointment. Around 4 o'clock that day I get a call from Mark that they couldn't get to my Alignment and couldn't fix the trip and trailer gage, another management problem. More
