No Hassle experience I have shopped other Ford dealers over the years and I always find it uncomfortable because I feel like I’m being stalked. No so here. Enjoyable and I have shopped other Ford dealers over the years and I always find it uncomfortable because I feel like I’m being stalked. No so here. Enjoyable and informative visits. In particular, the sales people on this transaction were very professional and respectful. My wife and I both noticed that hey never spoke negative of the other dealerships we visited, which is unusual at best. The end result was that we are satisfied with a good deal and the process from end to end was well done. More

I bought my car at Galpin (because my grandson worker there)and took it back for one small thing and was very upset on how I was treated. Keith Spomer is my service man from the get go. If he is not working the day I need something I wait for him to return to work and I believe in building a relationship with my go to person. I also have had with Debbie if I had any great big questions or concerns. Both of the people who work for you are WONDERFUL examples of customer service. More
Great people to deal with I found my new vehicle on line at Simi Valley Ford. I had been looking for a used Subaru Forester and they had a 2011 with 169,000 miles on it. They I found my new vehicle on line at Simi Valley Ford. I had been looking for a used Subaru Forester and they had a 2011 with 169,000 miles on it. They kept on asking if I knew how many miles it had on it. My husband and I are now a two-Subaru family - he drives a 1998 Forester and, of course, I get the 2011 in beautiful Paprika Red Pearl. The vehicle turned out to be in beautiful condition and I was thrilled. Their pricing was excellent. All the salesmen were great including the manager. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new Ford or a used car. More

Wanted to get a ne If you consider purchasing a vehicle here, go get yourself checked out by a professional because there is something wrong with you. Wanted to get a new lease had communication back in April with them advised what I was looking for and then they stopped communicating and even left them a message and no return call. Take I have a current lease with them and this sale would be a lay down, but because this piece of crap dealership decided they didn't want to do any work the put lost sale in system, so the scrum bag GM Tony advises. When I go on website and chat to associate wondering why I haven't been contacted it wasn't more than 5 minutes when I get an email from Henry Ford about this. Then not 5 minutes later another one from Henry statin after further discovery that it's our fault that we didn't respond but we did and I provided the proof and didn't hear from Henry until after I emailed the owner. Henry is so arrogant and blamed us for their mistake and mess up. Henry is a piece if sh.t lying xxxxxxx so we go back and forth with xxxxxxx GM Tony and end up getting fusion energi from another dealer and did it all online. Asked for apology from Henry Ford and GM said he would, but never did so this dealership promotes bullying of customers, disrespectful treatment of customers, and they just out right like and the biggest offender who tells them to do this is the owner Larry Hibbler. They have never heard of customer service. Warning stay the F away from here or you will get screwed 28 different ways. More

Each time, we will only work with John and Henry ...no exceptions (and they know this). They are both excellent to work with. They are patient, kind and always make the best deal for us. They both offer advice on any questions/concerns we have - well after we purchased a vehicle. In fact, we stop in just to say hello! We have our dream team at Simi Valley Ford...John Chapel and Henry Ford. Thanks guys! More

You get a rental for 1 day and they take several days to do the work. I dont get answers or on the status of the work. I don't think the service dept knows what they are doing. And don't buy a car there believe me you get treated like a second class person. I go to TO and it is like night and day with sales and service. Better deals also. More
Simi Valley Ford Poor communication between the online 'bots' that have "virtually" no information other than please call the dealership directly. On line salesmen Poor communication between the online 'bots' that have "virtually" no information other than please call the dealership directly. On line salesmen that set up appointments with you and when you get to the location they don't exist. (they're part of the on line sales team" Sleazy salesmen and that offer you "options" (like on a menu) but don't tell you they are 3000 - 5000 dollars worth of options, nor do they tell you its already included in your quote. We're just trying to offer you the best package for your new vehicle. Well no Ford, you're trying to elevate the price of your sale because you don't make much money if you just sell the car. What else,... OH FORD gives your personal information to SiriusXM with out your knowledge or consent. (confirmed by an actual "American Employee of SiriusXM, after 2 hours on the phone with the Philippines and the Honduras). Yes SiriusXM customer service is ALL OFF SHORE, thank you for supporting the American people SiriusXM So be prepared to get viral emails and endless phone calls from numbers no longer in service... from the Philippines, the Honduras and SiriusXM. Look the deal over carefully because even after you spend 3 hours weeding out thing you don't want, do not want, have said specifically "I DON'T WANT IT", there it will be when you finally get to the finance manger. Because thats his job, to sell you "the best options" for your sale. Then after you're all don, watch your checking account, because those hold check agreements you sign to process the second deposit in a month... Oh we will just cash that tomorrow... But you can come in and spend an hour doing the paper work ALL OVER AGAIN... But they will give you the overdraft charge back... Which you now have to take to your bank after you write them a new check for the one they weren't suppose to cash in the first place... Oh and that extended warranty don't forget about the $300 service fee that goes with it. And if it's a used car that's not a Ford, just don't buy it because its $1000 more than the manufacturers plan. Oh, and another thing, I was very specific about the car. You already had the sale. I just needed financing. If you had of skipped the 3 hours of sales of OPTIONS I didn't want you would have had the sale so much faster and a happy customer... It is a beautiful car and no, it's not a Ford More

The I totaled my car, and really wanted a C Max Energi. I went to Simi Valley Ford not knowing what to expect a, but I knew what kind of car I wanted. They not only help make it into a brand new Energi, but they helped me with financing and were able to keep my payments low even though my credit is really bad. They really went the extra mile to help me and work with me. Everyone there was very nice and professional, I have no delusions I know that they wanted to sell me a car, but I also went in because I wanted to buy a car. They were all very helpful and they were all very easy to work with. More
