Unprofessional My battery was leaking and my cables were corroded. A 2018, only 16 months into the warranty and they told me it wasn't under warranty because I didn My battery was leaking and my cables were corroded. A 2018, only 16 months into the warranty and they told me it wasn't under warranty because I didn't bring it into service to them. Uh? They said it was MY fault, that the leak would have been seen if I brought it to them for service. I had my car service there all 3 times since purchase. I went ONCE to another place because of a road trip I was going to take and I couldn't get in with them. How could they possibly know at what mile this leak started? Anyway, it was a horrible abuse of the warranty vs. not covered. By the way...it was covered. And I had it fixed. I was very bummed because I loved getting my car serviced there, everyone was always very nice. But this, this just was wrong...they were just looking for the money. More
