Firstly, no one answers the phone at the service number. I called 3x and no answer. I waited a bit longer and finally someone picked up. I told the person I was calling for my appointment...IT WAS NOT IN THE SYSTEM! He had to create my appointment from scratch. I ask, why have an online schedule tool if it does not work? Completely ridiculous! It was frustrating talking to service finding out my appointment was never in the system. Otherwise once I was there in person everything was great. No complaints. More
Chris went out of his way to find me the vehicle that I was looking for, He treated me like family (In a Good way).
