This dealership does not even deserve 1 star. Based off the reviews, they must be prejudice. There's no way that they have so many good reviews. Tomson, care salesman, was very nice and very responsive, even on his day off. He is the only good thing about this deal. Tomson is vwry hardworking and doesn't lie to his customers like Adam and Jared. So, I first walked into this dealership on Saturday June 5. It was pretty late and I was unable to unfreeze all of my credit reports, but they were able to see that a great credit score, well over 800, from the one that they did pull. I was there from 4-7 pm. We went over numbers and I was told that I was obligated to buy "Guardian GPS Tracking," "ClearShield" and "Road Advantage." even after telling them that I did not want that. I later foynd out from another California dealer that you do not have to purchase those, and they are all actually options. Jared and I went back and forth with that for days. He finally removed the Guardian GPS and Road Advantage on that Wed after they said the funding was cleared by the auto finance company. He lied and said that they physically put the tracking system on the car and that they painted it with a clear protectant paint, but could not tell me when, nor could he give me any information or brochures on the warranties to be purchased. The truck had scratches all over the door. Also, Cadillac already comes equipped with Onstar, which has a tracking service. This is a 2019 Escalade that was a trade it, and they physically did nothing to enhance this vehicle. Monday came and I called in early morning to speak with Jared to inform him that he should be able to run everything through. I went in on Tuesday to sign my contracts. Adam had me to sign 2 different contracts and gave me a copy of one with a July 5 payment, but the one i signed said that the first payment would be Sept, 5, 2021. Also, when I got home that night, I looked at the contract and he had added the $525 for the clearshied into the total price and didn't even have it listed on the contract at all. Adam changed the total "cash price" of the vehicle to reflect the $525 he stole from me and the finance company and added that into the cash price. He acted as if he was giving me a discount, but in fact was still charging me for something that was noexistent. All Jared and Adam does is lie. They wanted me to purchase insurance on the vehicle before they said that they received funds. They had already had insurance on my other vehicles, but wanted the copy of the insurance card with this Escalade listed. I have NEVER had to do this either by the way. Finally, I found a trucking company and informed Jared on Saturday that a trucking company would be there to pick the truck up on Monday June 14. When i got there today, the truck still had several scratches on, so it wasn't even buffed out. The car barely had a 1/4 tank of gas. I have bought 9 cars from dealerships and I HAVE NEVER BOUGHT A CAR AND THEY LEFT THE GAS TANK ON NEARLY EMPTY!! THEY HAD A WHOLE WEEK AND 2 DAYS TO DETAIL THE CAR. The car looked like it may have been vacuumed, and that is all!! THERE WAS A COFFEE STAIN OR SOMETHING WHERE THE CUPHOLDER IS. ALL JARED HAD TO SAY WAS "I'M SORRY. MY FINANCE MANAGER ADAM DIDN'T SHOW UP TO WORK THIS MORNING, AND WE WERE SWAMPED. I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO SAY." THIS IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE AS A BUSINESS THAT IS RECEIVING MY MONEY. I was so tired of dealing with this company's lies and BS, I just had to walk out this morning! THIS HAS BY FAR BEEN THE WORST, AND I DO MEAN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DEALING WITH THESE LIARS AND SCAMMERS!! THEY THINK THEY CAN GET OVER ON WOMEN!! Not to mention, the finance guy Adam, made the comment to me, "We've got to get our money somehow." Lying is not the direction. If you ask me, both Jared and Adam should be fired....with all the lies they tell. Be weary of the lies they tell you and different contracts that they print for you!!!! More
