ONLY RATING 5 STARS SO IT GETS SEEN I tried buying a car from them, the sales team would take 24-48 hours to reply to text messages. We finally came to an agreement on price a week later after they said they’d fix a missing sensor on the vehicle. I drove 6 hours down to purchase the vehicle for the agreed price. Upon arrival, the vehicle was still not fixed and in poor condition. They also marked up the price of the vehicle by 10k even after showing proof of previous price agreement. They tried selling me door handle film for 2k when you can get them on Amazon for 20 bucks. The sales manager gave me a pointless history of the company and didn’t do anything for me. I didn’t end up purchasing the vehicle since they didn’t honor the price we agreed on. They wasted 24 hours of my time as well as 350 bucks that I spent on gas and food making the trip down to them. I purchased a few cars in the past and this was a total nightmare and by far my worst experience. Please beware buying from them. More
Great customer service especially John Cook, Vincent and Timathy. They have the best line of all kinds of Infinities, I bought a pre-owned Mercedes from them as they also have excellent used cars, the proce Timathy. Yes, the finance manager was very helpful other than I am not happy with anything. I was promised a full refund on airline tickets and other things and I only got half of that back. All lies my sales person Chris fed me to get there. Please do your homework before stepping into this dealership. I am very very sad and can't believe I made the decision to go here to buy a car. No one will return calls back after you buy a car if there is anything wrong with the car. I dangerous wire hanging by the steering wheel and now I have to pay out of my pocket to get this fixed. The worse service ever. Nick was very nice helping me but no one returns calls after buying a car if there is anything wrong with the car. Thank you!! More

I brought my 2014 Infiniti Q50s in for transmission issues and was looking to potentially trade the vehicle in for a newer Q50. I worked with Taha and the customer service I received was phenomenal! He issues and was looking to potentially trade the vehicle in for a newer Q50. I worked with Taha and the customer service I received was phenomenal! He not only found me the car I wanted but was extremely personable and went above and beyond to get my monthly payments within my financial needs. Most importantly, I never felt pressured into signing a purchase agreement I didn't feel comfortable with. This is a first for me! I highly recommend him and will be contacting him again for future buying inquiries. More

The worst customer service I've received. I purchased a vehicle January 21st I never received my paperwork due to a power outage (which i understood) when vehicle was delivered Taha did not I purchased a vehicle January 21st I never received my paperwork due to a power outage (which i understood) when vehicle was delivered Taha did not bring paperwork he only picked up deposit and dropped off new car. I ask where is my paperwork everything I signed he said im sorry I will mail it to. After calling and texting sales associate Taha numerous times for over a month I incorrectly received paperwork for a Rosalia Hernandez. I possess personal information for another customer I shouldn't have received. I been patient and asked yet again for my paperwork spoke to Tim in finance and still to date over two months later no paperwork. This is not the proper way to conduct business. What I am asking for is what should be provided to any customer who purchase a vehicle why this is a problem to obtain is beyond me. More
So my car needed a AC Compressor alignment and serpentine belt replacement, I chose to go to a dealership to get it done right, though I’ve always been kinda skeptical about the prices and all, but this plac belt replacement, I chose to go to a dealership to get it done right, though I’ve always been kinda skeptical about the prices and all, but this place was well worth a HUGE thanks to Michael Kelly, Memo, and Roy… these guys made everything so simple and straightforward, yes the bill came a little pricy but best believe no more complaints about the car, definitely worth the price if you’re trying to get the right knowledge and labor for your money. I really did appreciate the work of these gentlemen. I will be returning to this same locating for these guy’s service. Hope to see them get recognition for they’re patience and good moral skills with people. Simply amazing thank you More
