Service Advisor Benjamin Gutierrez was professional and very helpful in getting my routine service maintenance done, along with diagnosing some minor issues I had with the brake and wheel bearing. The iss very helpful in getting my routine service maintenance done, along with diagnosing some minor issues I had with the brake and wheel bearing. The issues were resolved satisfactory. However, the mechanics failed to reconfigure the tire pressure monitors after the tire rotation was performed, despite my specifically reminding them to be mindful of the necessary procedure. I had to return back to the dealership to have it reset. Also, the mechanic overzealously recommended a list of additional costs "Fluid Exchange" procedures that were already performed during my last service visit, which I declined.   More
