My car is an Infiniti QX 50, and I have been bringing the car to this dealership for approximately 3 years (oil changes and maintenance, but mostly due to bad batteries installed in the car by this dealershi car to this dealership for approximately 3 years (oil changes and maintenance, but mostly due to bad batteries installed in the car by this dealership). On Saturday, 6/24, the car would not start; therefore, I had it toured to this dealership. A new battery was installed. The service consultant was Benji Gutierrez, who very understanding about my frustrations and concerns of Infiniti batteries not performing up standard. I would definitely request to see Benji again the next time my car needs service and recommend him to other customers. The only negative encounter that I experienced while waiting for my car was that one of your Salesperson (Mynor Martinec) approached me and wanted to know why I brought my car in for service. I told him about having issues with the car not starting because of poor batteries. I asked him why he was asking and his position with Sierra Infiniti because it was strange that he was so concerned about my car. He told me that he was in Sales. I immediately told him that I was not interested in buying a new car. I became very uncomfortable with him because he proceeded to walk over to Benji's office to find out what was wrong with my car. This put me in a very precarious position because Benji already knew the problem and had the technician working on it. Also, during the conversation with Mynor Martinec he had the nerve to tell me that it was possible my car could be a LEMON!! I told him that well if that's the case then I will live with this LEMON. I did not appreciate being harrassed by this guy, Mynor, who was trying to get me to buy a new car. If I was in the market for a new Infiniti, I definitely would not go to him because I found his approach to be unprofessional and very pushy. Dorothy Fields More
