Tuan was nice and informative, did not have a problem with him. Dealership is under new ownership and seem to be working out operational changes. Printers were offline due to IT issues so did not receive with him. Dealership is under new ownership and seem to be working out operational changes. Printers were offline due to IT issues so did not receive my final invoice, was told it would be emailed and never received a copy. I tried callling the next day but could never get anyone to answer the phone through operator or service extension and could not leave a message. 2 days later got through to service department (operator extension still not answering), Tuan was not in but spoke to someone else and they said they would look into it and never received anything. Emailed Tuan and never received a response or my final invoice. For my service (rear brakes inspection/service), I asked if they would honor a coupon that expired 7/3 and they would not (service date was 7/6). No comment for rear brake pad condition on inspection report so I assume service was required but should have been comments to confirm. Inspection also showed windshield wipers passed but passenger wiper was coming off and I asked for it to be replaced after inspection completed so tech probably didn't even check. What else wasn't checked as part of 24 point inspection? More

Horrible, horrible experience with all the service provided from here.
