You need to block the times when the employees go to lunch. My appt was at 12:30 pm had to wait until everyone got back from lunch. I ended up leaving at 2:20 pm just for a change of oil. Scheduling the oil change was easy, and they send me reminders via text. Once there, the service rep greeted me and check me in immediately. The service took about an hour, and car washed. First, John never showed up to the Appointment. I bought a used car, 2016. Car was in very good condition but the tires were expired and down right dangerous! The tire shop was shocked they sold the car with tirs in that condition. I guess it ALL about making money and not the customer's safety! More

I went in for an oil change and general maintenance since my service light came on indicating I needed to have my oil changed. Jonathan recommended that I have the fuel injection system serviced as well. my service light came on indicating I needed to have my oil changed. But I was disappointed on two items that I haven’t experienced when servicing my car at this location in the past. First, when I got back to car and turned on my car, no one had reset the oil maintenance indicator so it was still telling me I needed to have my oil changed. Since my bill indicated I was charged for an oil change, I’m pretty sure my oil was changed and the maintenance counter just hadn’t been reset….. Second, I had viewed my tire pressure before I turned the car over for service. They were all at acceptable levels when I turned my car in. After having the car serviced, I couldn’t verify my tire pressures until I had driven the car for a few minutes. It wasn’t until I was a mile or so away that I realized that 3 tires had been inflated a few pounds and one wasn’t. I was concerned that I might have a leak in my tire, but the 4th tired retained the same tire pressure that it had when I checked the tire prior to turning over for servicing. I ended up adding more air to the 4th tire to match the other 3 tires. So overall service to the car was good. Car runs well and I appreciate the input to have the fuel injection system services. But in order to rate higher in servicing, items such as updating maintenance counters and putting air in all the tires should be automatic…… The only reason I would recommend using this service department is because of prior experiences with this location and that the actual servicing seemed good. More
